The Bathroom

A step-in tub nobody used, replaced with a shower tiled floor to ceiling.
The same closet papered in a large monstera-leaf print, with the timber shelf and rod refinished, oak-look flooring and a rattan basket.

The Closet

The smallest room in the house, and the one that changed most for the least money.
The same run of cabinets with the walls repainted soft white, open shelving added at the end of the run, and a microwave in place of the range hood.

The Kitchen

Same cabinets, same counters. The yellow went, and the room stopped shouting.
The replacement vanity in warm white, with brass knobs, brass drawer pulls and brass-capped feet.

The Vanity

Dark brown and chipped, swapped for warm white and brass.
